Student-Run Board
The APDA Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league. The Board coordinates tournament scheduling, maintains a record of tournament results, collects dues, purchases awards for the APDA National Championship, oversees committees, and otherwise ensures that the league the league functions properly.
The officers of the 2011-2012 APDA Board are:

Trustees
The trustees are two APDA alumni, who are no longer debating or coaching for any APDA member school, and are elected by the body. Trustees offer advice to the student-run board and also serve in roles where independence is paramount (for example, by tracking proxy votes at league elections).
